JOB DESCRIPTION & SUMMARY
Our Legal Team is growing and we are looking for people who are eager to work in a dynamic and rewarding environment. We provide comprehensive legal advisory and day-to-day consultancy for local and international companies in all areas related to law practice. Our expertise covers highly specialised legal advice across a wide range of key sectors and industries.

REQUIREMENTS
– either Entry level or 3 – 4 years of professional experience, committed to further developing as highly-skilled lawyers;
– ability to manage complex projects, mainly in the areas of corporate and commercial law, real estate, M&A, contracts etc.;
– perform day-to-day legal consulting projects tasks and activities according with the client’s requirements and the overall scope of the engagement;
– excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills in dealing with people at all professional levels.

YOUR PROFILE
– You have a university degree in Law;
– fluent in Romanian and English, German is an advantage;
– proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel and PowerPoint);
– You have excellent commercial and client relationship skills;
– ability to work in a team;
– good interpersonal and communication skills.
