ABOUT THE JOB
The candidate shall become a part of the litigation team, quality in which he/she will provide assistance and representation to clients in enforcement procedures related to large portfolios of debtors, insolvency related files and various litigation cases.
REQUIREMENTS
– 1-2 years of experience in litigation in a business law firm is a significant plus;
– In-depth knowledge of the civil procedure and of the insolvency regulations;
– Excellent command of English;
– Advanced computer skills;
– Availability to travel.
