STRATULAT ALBULESCU is looking for lawyers for the Corporate/ M&A department!

We are a leading Romanian law firm based in Bucharest with more than 35 lawyers and with outstanding international connections. We are looking for lawyers with up to 3 years of experience in the legal profession (including law graduates of 2020) for our Corporate/M&A department.

You will have the opportunity to work with clients and lawyers from around the world on various corporate matters. This is also a great chance to become involved in complex, high value M&A work for some of the biggest businesses in various sectors.

As our firm is well known for its business development strategy and has constantly expanded its Corporate/M&A practice and team over the past years, you will have excellent career progression opportunities.

Lawyers with a proactive, can-do attitude, excellent communication and research skills will be considered. Some degree of prior experience in drafting transactional documents (such as share purchase agreements, shareholders agreements) and all the associated corporate documents will be an advantage too.
