HRISTESCU & PARTNERS is a law firm that provides legal services for Romanian and international companies, including assistance and representation, with strong credentials in the business law field.

We are looking for a senior lawyer to handle business consultancy for our clients.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
– providing legal assistance with focus on corporate and commercial law;
– drafting and reviewing contracts, assisting clients in negotiation process;
– developing contracts, reviewing, negotiating, and interpreting a wide array of business/corporate agreements;
– guide clients and ensuring an up to date consultancy with the laws, regulations, and industry trends that have an impact on the client’s businesses.

REQUIREMENTS
– >5 year of working experience in corporate and commercial law; expertise in Merger and Acquisition, and/ or Banking & Finance areas is a plus;
– professional experience in business environment/ corporations/ ex in-house lawyer is a plus;
– pro-active and self-driven attitude, attention to details, patience and a team player;
– excellent negotiation and communications skills;
– a good command of English language and specialized legal terminology.
