– is a junior associate that passed the Bar exam or is an associate who has up to 3 years of experience in employment (e.g. contracts, employment terminations, employer and employee rights, TUPE) ideally including also labour litigation matters; any additional practice area expertise would be beneficial and will bring additional value;
– have solid knowledge of employment law;
– is driven and finds motivation in working for international clients and global law firms and has commercial thinking;
– curiosity and interest in continuous learning and development;
– with attention to detail, teamwork and great communication skills, wants to work in a team that is praised for their consistently high quality of work; and
– very good English drafting and speaking skills.
