YOUR PROFILE
– law graduate;
– English language – min B2 level;
– German language – not mandatory, but a big advantage;
– solid understanding of labor legislation;
– proven work experience as a Senior HR or similar role;
– excellent communication abilities;
– ability to foster healthy employee relations.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
– disciplinary inquiries;
– supervises the preparation of relevant documents for the department;
– represents the company in the work relations forum of the group;
– managing the relationship with employees on legal issues;
– managing the relationship with external lawyers;
– acts as a backup for the company’s legal consultant;
– coordinates HR Compliance activities.
