SCHOENHERR & ASOCIAȚII is looking for an associate Corporate M&A, Energy.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN ATTORNEY AT LAW WITH
– 1-3 years of professional experience post-Bar admission, with a focus on corporate m&A | energy law;
– top-level theoretical knowledge in Romanian law;
– business acumen, a proactive attitude, positivity, commitment to working as a team and client service;
– excellent writing and verbal communication skills in Romanian and English (good knowledge of additional foreign languages is an advantage);
– curiosity and interest in continuous learning and development.
