KINSTELLAR is looking for a Lawyer specialized in data protection and technology matters with minimum 3 years of practical experience in Bucharest.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA
– has minimum three (3) years of practical, day-to-day experience in the data protection sector such as data privacy issues and associated regulatory advice, data commercialisation and information governance (including cybersecurity);
– ideally experience in the technology field generally, including experience on M&A transactions involving technology and start-ups, as well as other regulatory matters;
– is driven and finds motivation in working on complex transactions for international clients and global law firms;
– with attention to detail, teamwork and great communication skills, wants to work in a team that is praised for their consistently high quality of work; and
– has full professional proficiency in English.
The job will involve client interaction and matter management responsibilities from the outset, and will involve responsibility for multiple projects at any given time.
