TONCESCU & ASOCIAȚII SPARL – KPMG Legal seeks to further grow and consolidate its Litigation & Dispute Resolution team with lawyers who have a solid litigation background, and who are willing to grow and evolve in a context offering access to local and international knowledge and expertise, within a culture focused on development, learning and collaboration.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are currently seeking an enthusiast Senior Lawyer to join our Litigation & Dispute Resolution team in Bucharest who has:
– 3 to 6 years of professional experience;
– completed Romanian legal studies and membership of the Bucharest Bar;
– litigation expertise in handling court cases up to the level of the Court of Appeal (inclusive);
– experience in handling tax and administrative litigation would be considered an advantage;
– previous litigating expertise in an international law firm / a law firm associated with a Big4 firm would be considered an advantage;
– excellent writing and communication skills in English;
– a proactive attitude and positive approach to work, strong analytical and reasoning abilities, excellent research, legal drafting, and verbal communication skills as well as a commitment to client service. Should be a good team worker, who is efficient, a good communicator, flexible and adaptable;
– availability to attend court hearings outside of Bucharest when needed.
