SCHOENHERR & ASOCIAȚII is looking for an Attorney at Law (flexible position) | Competition, EU & foreign trade.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A QUALIFIED ATTORNEY (internal rank/position to be discussed based on experience) WITH
– at least 5 years PQE (no upper limit when it comes to work experience/all applications will be considered), with a focus on EU & competition law, including FDI, merger control and general antitrust/compliance (both vertical and horizontal agreements);
– experience in investigations and antitrust litigation;
– a general business- and solution-oriented approach;
– commitment to team work and client service;
– interest in business development initiatives, including speaker engagements, conferences etc.;
– curiosity in continuous learning and development.
