ȚUCA ZBÂRCEA & ASOCIAȚII is looking for a fully-fledged lawyer willing to join our Litigation Team.

Our favorite candidate would be a career-oriented young lawyer with 2 to 4 years of experience in civil and commercial law, determined to develop his or her professional experience as part of a team of highly appreciated professionals.

REQUIREMENTS
– outstanding knowledge of civil law and jurisprudence and civil procedure;
– experience in public procurement litigation is an advantage;
– excellent research, writing and communication skills;
– very good ability to analyze complex legal issues, identify relevant facts and the appropriate legislation applicable to those facts;
– very good organizational skills, flexible and adaptable, team player;
– fluency in English.
