Our Real Estate Practice advises local and international clients on high-profile and complex transactions across diverse industries. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Lawyer to join our team and contribute to our growing practice.
REQUIREMENTS
– 3+ years of legal experience as a lawyer in Romania with a focus on real estate matters;
– proven ability to provide practical legal advice on complex real estate transactions and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
– strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail;
– ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines effectively;
– demonstrated collaboration and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work well across diverse teams;
– excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
NICE TO HAVE
– knowledge of Romanian and European regulatory frameworks applicable to real estate, including construction laws, leasing regulations, and land acquisition processes;
– familiarity with renewable energy projects, agricultural lands, and urban development transactions;
– experience in drafting and negotiating contracts, including sale-purchase agreements, leases, and construction agreements.
