The role is a full-time, on-site position.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE IS/HAS
– between 1 to 5 years of post-definitive Bar exams;
– ability to handle both routine and complex legal issues and cases;
– in-depth knowledge of Company law and corporate procedures;
– experience in dealing with various public authorities, such as Trade Registry Office, court houses;
– good command of English language.

At minimum, the ideal candidate must be able to advise clients on corporate governance and compliance matters and prepare independently the relevant documentation, as well as have the research skills and provide legal advice on various day-to-day issues our clients may be facing, and be able to draft and review a set of basic commercial contracts.
