REQUIREMENTS
– 2+ years of legal experience as a lawyer in Romania, with a focus on Corporate & M&A, Real Estate, Commercial, and/or Tech Law;
– proven ability to provide practical legal advice on complex transactions and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
– strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail;
– ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines effectively;
– demonstrated collaboration and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work well across diverse teams;
– excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
NICE TO HAVE
– knowledge of Romanian and European regulatory frameworks applicable to corporate transactions, mergers & acquisitions, real estate, commercial, and tech law;
– experience in drafting and negotiating contracts, including share purchase agreements, joint venture agreements, commercial contracts, sale-purchase agreements, leases, and construction agreements;
– familiarity with due diligence processes, regulatory compliance, and risk assessment for corporate, real estate, and tech transactions;
– understanding of fintech, blockchain, AI, and digital assets from a legal perspective.
