WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As a Junior Paralegal, you will assist with various aspects of intellectual property law, including:
– preparing and filing trademark, patent, and other IP applications;
– maintaining IP prosecution records and databases;
– supporting IP rights maintenance tasks (renewals, annuities);
– conducting due diligence and in-use investigations;
– assisting with customs seizure reports and enforcement matters;
– contributing to portfolio management and integration;
– translating documents between the local language and English.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
– 1+ years of experience in a legal support role (preferably in IP);
– strong written and verbal English language skills;
– attention to detail and a high sense of responsibility;
– ability to work both independently and within a team;
– strong organizational and time management skills;
– proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
