WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
– Law school graduate and Bar membership;
– over 3 years of professional experience in a reputable law firm;
– general M&A experience is also an advantage;
– sound legal reasoning, thoroughness, in-depth knowledge of the Romanian Civil Code, very good legal writing skills;
– fluency in written/spoken English is a must, any other foreign language is an advantage;
– team worker, efficient, good communicator, flexible and adaptable.
YOUR FUTURE ROLE
– exposure to various high-profile real estate projects;
– significant involvement in real estate related legal services, in particular due diligence, and legal advice;
– complex legal advice on real estate permitting, including urbanism matters;
– active participation in contract drafting and transaction negotiations.
