REQUIREMENTS
– Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in Corporate and M&A;
– Legal Expertise: Strong knowledge of commercial and civil law;
– Key Skills: excellent legal research and analytical abilities, strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, very good ability to interpret and apply complex legislation;
– Personal Attributes: outstanding communication skills and eagerness to grow;
– Collaboration: a proactive mindset and a collaborative approach;
– Languages: very good command of English;
– Tech-Savvy: proficiency in MS Office.
