Our Real Estate team is highly constantly praised by independent observers acknowledged for its expertise and contribution to landmark projects on the local market. Our lawyers provide specialist advice to both local and international clients, either advising developers, property owners, lenders and investors, in connection with a wide variety of real estate transactions, including development, operation, acquisition or sale of land, office and residential buildings, retail/shopping centers, industrial and logistic parks, greenfield investments, FIDIC-based construction agreements, financing and related securities, leasing, exit structuring and dispute resolution.
REQUIREMENTS
– more than two years of effective practical experience in real estate;
– very good knowledge of civil law;
– a very good command of English is a must;
– excellent research, very good legal writing skills;
– pro-active attitude, team player.
