MUŞAT & ASOCIAŢII is looking to expand its Bucharest HQ team with 2-4 year associate-level attorneys for the following 3 fast growing practices
– Corporate & Commercial
– TMT & Data Protection
– Public Acquisitions/PPP

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
– member in good standing of the Bar;
– proven 2-4 year experience in dealing with legal aspects related to Corporate & Commercial and/or TMT & Data Protection and/or Public Acquisitions/PPP;
– corporate & Commercial lawyer applicants should hold relevant transactional experience (acquisitions, share deals, mergers, company formation and operation, location lease/purchase, shareholder rights);
– TMT & Data Protection lawyer applicants should hold relevant regulatory and transactional experience on telecom, technology, internet laws, data protection and/or cyber security;
– public Acquisitions/PPP lawyer applicants should hold relevant consultancy experience related to contesting the awarding documentation, clarifications, preparation of qualification documents, technical offer and financial offer, access to the procurement dossier, drafting the answers to the clarifications requested by the contracting authority during the procedure.

SKILLS
– research skills: able to efficiently undertake research and conduct legal studies on issues of law. Effective intra-team communication, analytical and problem solving skills.
– communication ability: excellent command of spoken and written English. Knowledge of other international language(s) is a plus. Professional legal drafting skills (draft and independently negotiate legal documentation in English).
– achievement drive: continually keeps an eye on performance, focusing on improving it, showing drive and determination to meet short and long-term goals. Adapts to differences and changes in the environment; takes a flexible approach to reach outcomes.
