SORA & ASOCIAŢII is looking for an experienced lawyer to join our Litigation and Arbitration practice.

WHO WE ARE
Our lawyers participate in litigation and arbitration cases in the area of FIDIC contracts, public procurement, insolvency, shipping, fiscal and criminal law.
We have a wide range of private clients, especially national and international companies, across a variety of industry sectors, such as construction, transportation, advertising agencies, publishing houses, shipping, medical services financial services, real estate.

Our Litigation practice is under the review of the Legal 500 EMEA guide and is part of Global Law Experts.

Sora & Asociaţii is part of International Jurists, an association of 35 law firms from all over the world which cooperate in order to provide to their clients the international expertise anybody would want to benefit.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
– lawyer with a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in the litigation area, other skills will be considered as an advantage;
– excellent written and spoken English;
– computer skills (MS Office, Excel).

WHAT WE’RE OFFERING
– fixed fee which can be combined with a success fee depending on our agreement and the cases assigned;
– diversity of cases and possibility of cooperation with international lawyers.
