Our Intellectual Property practice is one of the most frequently awarded and highest ranked teams in the Romanian jurisdiction.
Our lawyers and counselors provide specialist advice on virtually the entire spectrum of intellectual property matters, with focus on trademarks, designs, trade dress and get-ups, copyright, trade names, domain names, IP transactional, IP litigation, enforcement and border measures, across various industry sectors such as automotive, technology, telecommunications, media and entertainment, gambling, pharmaceuticals and healthcare, fashion, luxury goods, software, tobacco, and food and beverages.
Our IP practice has been ranked Band 1 by Chambers & Partners continuously since 2007, Tier 1 by Legal 500 since 2017, and is top ranked by international IP publications, including Managing Intellectual Property (MIP), IAM Patent 1000 and WTR 1000. REQUIREMENTS
– three or four years of experience in intellectual property law;
– outstanding knowledge of commercial and civil law;
– a very good command of English is a must;
– strong analytical and reasoning skills, excellent research, very good legal writing skills;
– pro-active attitude, team player, committed to delivering high-quality legal work.
