VOLCIUC – IONESCU is looking for an enthusiastic Mid-Level Corporate/ M&A Associate to join our team.

We are passionate about the law and have sound interpersonal skills, a business-oriented approach and a commitment to excellence.

REQUIREMENTS
– law school graduate with excellent academic records;
– experience in Corporate/ M&A of 2 to 5 years (with final exam passed);
– sector expertise such as technology, energy, real estate or life sciences is a significant plus;
– fluency in English is a must.

SKILLS
– ability to balance priorities and co-ordinate work effectively;
– excellent analytical skills, an eye for detail and the big picture;
– ability to multi-task, solution oriented and proactive.
