IORDACHE PARTNERS is looking for Junior-Mid-Level lawyer with Corporate/Commercial experience (Romanian qualified, 0-5 PQE).

Bucharest-based full service commercial law firm with offices in London and Bucharest – looking for Junior-Mid-Level lawyer to bolster its growing Corporate/Commercial practice. Prior experience in a corporate/commercial law environment (private-practice or in-house) is desirable but not a requirement.

The candidate must already be admitted to practice in Romania as stagiar or avocat definitiv and must have strong legal English skills.

Our Corporate/Commercial practice is extremely diverse and can involve multi-jurisdictional work and niche industry sectors, as well as more plain vanilla corporate work. Expectations are correspondingly high. We are looking for an intrepid young lawyer willing to be challenged on a daily basis and to undertake a steep learning curve with each new matter.
