DESCRIPTION
– consulting, advising and providing legal assistance and representation for Romanian and foreign legal entities;
– drafting and revision of contracts and other legal documents;
– drafting legal actions, summonses, legal opinions, notifications, due diligence reports, etc.;
– Litigation/Court.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
– member of the Bucharest Bar Association;
– minimum 2 years of experience in business law, professional experience especially in commercial law, civil law and civil procedure, but also in labor law, data protection, real estate, administrative, compliance & regulatory;
– English language, written / spoken advanced level;
– proactive in the relationship with clients and colleagues;
– responsible, honest person, with solid ethical principles.
