ROLE DESCRIPTION
This is a full-time lawyer role located in Bucharest. As a lawyer at Suciu Popa, you will have the opportunity to work with a close-knit team of seasoned professionals on a broad range of interesting and complex transactions. Your work will include drafting, reviewing and negotiating various agreements including merger agreements, stock purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements and related documents. You will also be responsible for conducting due diligence, analyzing risk, and managing deal processes, all while building strong relationships with clients and developing your skills as a lawyer.

QUALIFICATIONS
– Juris Doctor or equivalent degree at an accredited law school in Romania;
– minimum 3-5 years of M&A, contracts and energy experience;
– excellent drafting and negotiation skills;
– strong commercial acumen and ability to identify legal issues within the context of business objectives;
– ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
