ANCA VĂTĂȘOIU | Your Agile Employment Lawyer is looking for an enthusiastic, agile lawyer to join our team in a Junior Associate role.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE IS
– a lawyer (member of a Romanian Bar Association) with 2-3 years of legal experience (experience in Employment and Labor legislation is a plus);
– proficient in legal English (speaking and writing);
– experience in court litigation is a plus;
– accustomed to working under tight deadlines, prepared to make rapid decisions and adapt to changes in the course of action.

YOUR ROLE WOULD REQUIRE
– drafting legal documents specific to Employment and Labor law (memoranda, analysis, dismissal paperwork, litigation documentation etc.);
– attending court hearings and meeting with other state authorities;
– preparation of newsletters and reports on legislative changes and case law development.
