LEAUA DAMCALI DEACONU PĂUNESCU – LDDP is looking for fully qualified Lawyers.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
– fully qualified lawyer for Litigation Department;
– fully qualified lawyer for Business Advisory Department;
– 3-5 years of professional experience in a law firm, with a well-developed knowledge of and solid experience in legal representation in court proceedings or legal consultancy;
– sound legal reasoning, thoroughness, versatility, ability to work on multiple projects, very good legal writing skills;
– fluency in written and spoken English is a must, any other foreign language is an advantage.

A LAWYER IN OUR TEAM
– deeply involved in all stages of a project, from preliminary discussions, continuing with proposal development, analysis and structuring, drafting and negotiations, as well as throughout implementation, also involving client interaction;
– works in teams on complex projects;
– works in a very dynamic and competitive environment.

LEAUA DAMCALI DEACONU PAUNESCU – LDDP provides legal assistance and representation services to its clients in international transactions and dispute resolution proceedings, in a wide array of legal fields, such as: international and Romanian business law, corporate law – mergers and acquisitions, insolvency law, competition law, civil law and rights in rem, public law, administrative and constitutional law, public procurement, fiscal law, financial and banking law, insurance law, transport law and particularly aviation law, construction and urban planning law, energy and natural resources law, environmental law, intellectual property law, data protection, IT law and new technologies, labour law.
