REFF & ASSOCIATES is looking for a Lawyer | Corporate, M&A.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
– Law school graduate and Bar membership;
– 2-6 years of professional experience in a top business law firm, with significant involvement in corporate M&A transactions (transaction structuring, negotiation, joint ventures, restructurings) due diligence and related advisory on corporate law matters;
– in-depth knowledge of civil and commercial law, contract law and corporate governance rules.
– sound legal reasoning, thoroughness, versatility, ability to work on multiple projects, legal writing skills;
– fluency in written & spoken English is a must, any other foreign language is an advantage.
