WH SIMION & PARTNERS is currently seeking to recruit a Senior Associate to join our team in Bucharest, Romania.

THE PERSON OCCUPYING THIS POSITION WILL
– provide legal advice and business expertise to clients as requested by the Firm in relation to corporate, regulatory, employment, intellectual property, transactional matters and litigation;
– assist with regulatory advice on licensing applications and on-going compliance obligations of regulated entities;
– draft and review legal opinions, agreements, policies & procedures;
– mentor junior lawyers and review/oversee their work and help them develop their career.

The ideal candidate for this job should have a degree in law, be a member of the Bar and have a minimum 2 years of qualification.
