SUCIU PARTNERS is looking for Lawyers to join our Corporate/M&A, Energy, Infrastructure and Real Estate practices!

We have several open positions for fully qualified lawyers for our Bucharest office, with 3-6 years of experience.
The roles involves advising on projects in Corporate/M&A, Energy, Infrastructure and Real Estate, participating in due diligence excercises, contracts negotiations and providing legal support on commercial transactions. The selected candidates will work closely with highly seasoned partners in the firm and, on a case to case basis, liase with with clients as part of their roles.

OUR REQUIREMENTS ARE
– experience in one or more of the above areas of law;
– egotiation and drafting skills;
– excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
– ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team;
– law degree from an accredited law faculty in Romania;
– membership in the Romanian Bar Association;
– proficiency in English language;
– ability to deliver under tight deadlines;
– excellent communication skills.
