LOYALIA is recruiting legal manager.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
– Provide legal protection and risk management advice to management especially on contract management;
– Negotiate, review and draft documentation for business transactions;
– Review and advise management on legal implications of internal policies and procedures;
– Review progress of outstanding litigation and liaise with and manage internal/external lawyers;
– Continuously monitor compliance with statutory obligations and advise management accordingly;
– Report to senior management on a constant basis.
MAJOR REQUIREMENTS
– At least 5 years experience in a similar position, ideally rather a generalist exposure (commercial, real-estate, mergers & acquisitions, concessions and exploitation permitting);
– Strong leadership and managerial skills;
– Proven ability to come with innovative solutions;
– Proficiency in English language
