RESPONSABILITIES
– Responsible for the Legal Recovery Procedures from companies
– Assessment and legal solutions deployment for commercial debt collection cases including: insolvency, summoning and common legal procedures, legal procedures related to cheques and promissory notes
– Handling enforcement procedures
– Organizes, plans, coordinates and controls the recovery cases
– Ensure a high collection success rate of the portfolio
– Periodic report to the Manager / Customers by giving status reports

REQUIREMENTS
– Member of Bucharest Bar
– Relevant experience in commercial law
– Experience in execution process, insolvency, summoning and common legal procedures, legal procedures related to cheques and promissory notes
– Foreign languages – English
– Excellent PC skills = MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
– Communication & commercial practice
– Good interpersonal skills
– Outstanding organizer
– Capable of working with big portfolios
– Comfortable with reports, databases
– Excellent communication skills, stress resistant, good persuasion skills
– Ambitious, dynamic person, persistent, open-minded, analytical thinking, customer oriented
