JUNIOR LEGAL ADVISOR

MAJOR RESPONSABILITIES
– Review and draft documentation for business transactions
– Review and advise management on legal implications of internal policies and procedures
– Review progress of outstanding litigation and liaise with and manage internal/external lawyers
– Continuously monitor compliance with statutory obligations and advise management accordingly
– Report to senior management on a constant basis

MAJOR REQUIREMENTS
– At least 3 years experience in a similar position, ideally with a rather general exposure
– Proven ability to come with innovative solutions
– Proficiency in English language
