Business Lawyer/Legal Advisor in our Bucharest office who
– has a reputable legal background and professional experience of minimum 2 years in legal advisory;
– has relevant expertise in M&As, corporate & commercial, regulatory & compliance, contracts;
– is knowledgeable about international and EU legal standards, best practices and precedents;
– displays capabilities to promote business development;
– is ready to work in a multi-disciplinary environment;
– has an excellent command of professional English;
– professional knowledge of another foreign language is a plus;
– is IT literate.
