FRĂŢILĂ, RÖDL & PARTNER is expanding its practice in Bucharest and is currently seeking for a motivated attorney at law to join its team. Our future colleague shallperform a variety of tasks under general supervision and should be familiar with standard concepts and procedures within business law.
QUALIFIED APPLICANTS SHOULD POSSESS THE FOLLOWING
– member of the Bar with up to 3 year experience in the practice of law;
– excellent command of English both in speaking and writing, with proven drafting ability;
– good command of German is considered an advantage;
– considerable knowledge of and experience with civil, corporate and labour law;
– strong analytical and advisory skills, including the ability to review, evaluate and counsel clients on routine legal questions relating to various issues;
– strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with the management, clients and other parties;
– ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, colleagues and outside counsel;
– experience and proficiency with negotiating and drafting various types of contracts and other legal documents;
– ability to work independently;
– excellent computer literacy skills.
THE ATTORNEY AT LAW SHALL PERFORM THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES
– participating in various business activities and transactions, providing legal and commercial advice to clients;
– drafting and reviewing of legal documents, such as purchase and sale agreements, leases, settlement agreements, deeds, employment/consultant agreements, services agreements, court documents, letters and other legal documents, etc.;
– negotiating and drafting agreements with strategic partners and customers;
– reviewing documents within LDD investigations;
– interacting with individuals in various business fields;
– conducting legal research on relevant legal items; collaborates with outside counsel on such items as necessary;
– carrying-out assigned projects, developing solutions and take an active role in driving projects to final result;
– performing other duties as assigned.
