PAVEL, MĂRGĂRIT & ASSOCIATES Romanian Law Firm is currently seeking for an Assistant Manager. Past experience working with law firms is preferred.
We are looking for an Assistant Manager in our team with previous experience working with law firms. The work will include drafting and writing proposals for clients and potential clients, answering to emails and requests from potential clients in English language, drafting the legal assistance agreements, addendums, handling the human resources documents, internal procedures, job descriptions, handling the phone calls, scanning, copies, clients protocol, dealing with the archive – both electronic and hard copies, preparing the envelopes for the courier, traveling to the post office and different institutions when needed and small accounting attributions.
As an Assistant Manager with our firm, you will have well defined objectives, procedures and performance appraisal evaluation.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
– over 4 years’ experience in the field;
– secretarial and management studies;
– previous experience with law firms, Secretarial and office managerial skills;
– excellent writing and communication skills in English;
– drafting skills, problem solver, loyalty and dedication, integrity;
– a strong client service focus and proper work ethic, good communicator, flexible and adaptable person;
– superior attention to detail;
– ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and prioritize workload and projects;
– the ability to exercise independent judgment, and to work with and maintain confidential and sensitive information.
