We are currently seeking for a Legal Advisor to join us in our office in Bucharest.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Legal Advisor for our office in Bucharest who:
– has University degree in Law. Relevant postgraduate awards/certifications would be desirable but not essential;
– has good knowledge of civil, intellectual property and corporate & commercial law;
– has good inter-personal skills;
– has good command of MS Office package;
– is proficiency in English.

WHAT ABOUT YOUR ROLE?
– draft and review commercial contracts;
– corporate documentation drafting;
– involvement in the collection of outstanding debts from our clients.
