BUT YOU HAVE TO
– have proven experience of at least 3 years;
– have a solid understanding of administrative law, construction law, civil law and civil procedure;
– have excellent written and spoken English;
– experience in public procurement and FIDIC projects and knowledge of Italian and/or French are a plus, but not essential.
