MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
– rendering legal advice and drafting analysis on a broad spectrum of matters with respect to aspects of mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, corporate structures, company governance and general commercial advice – with particular focus on transactional work;
– reviewing and/or preparing commercial agreements governing the activities performed by the clients within the Romanian market, focus being placed on new technologies;
– the job will involve client interaction and matter management responsibilities from the outset and will involve responsibility for multiple projects at any given time.

IDEAL CANDIDATE CRITERIA
– member of the Bar Association with at least 4-5 years of professional experience in the Corporate, M&A field;
– strong command of the law in a wide spectrum of corporate/commercial legal matters;
– work management and organisational skills;
= additional practice area expertise would be beneficial and will bring additional value;
– native Romanian speaker, proficient in English;
– strong communication skills;
– business savvy with a genuine interest in new technologies.
