FEPRA is looking for a new collegue in the legal team!

Commercial – must, advanced;
– drafting, reviewing in and evaluating from the legal point of view of all type of contracts (purchase contracts, leasing contracts, sales contracts, sponsorship contracts etc.);
– drafting various documents (notifications, addresses etc), revising and amending various legal documents, drafting legal opinions;
– legal support and advise for projects;
– providing legal advice and solutions to help and support the activities of the commercial entities and services;
– review ongoing cases and advice management accordingly;
– representing the company interest in front of third parties, according to the granted limitation of powers;
– providing legal support and training for the company’s management and the company’s departments.

Corporate – must, midd-level;
– foundation of companies, implementing changes to corporate charter, execution of capital increases.

Labor – must, medium-advanced – general employment projects;
GDPR – nice to have – general knowledge;
Environmental – is advantage.

If you are a lawyer/legal adviser with 5-10 years’ experience, have a solid private law background, good command of English, analytical thinking, attention to details, ability to synthesize, organize and prioritize effectively, you will suit the profile.
In addition, you’ll need to have communication and persuasion skills, be a team player and problem solver.
