RESPONSIBILITIES
– guiding clients through all things IP, from legal advice to court representation;
– conducting thorough IP assessments to identify and mitigate risk;
– drafting and finalizing agreements that protect and maximize IP value;
– assisting with the creation and protection of IP rights through applications and prosecution;
– staying ahead of the game with ongoing research and education on IP developments;
– partnering with clients to develop and execute effective IP strategies.

REQUIREMENTS
– 1-3 years of experience in the IP world;
– a knack for critical thinking and problem solving;
– strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
– independence, with the ability to work well in a team;
– the drive to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines;
– a genuine passion for IP law and a commitment to ongoing learning.
