DLA PIPER DINU is looking for a promising, ambitious colleague with 2-4 years M&A experience and solid professional background to join our Corporate M&A team in Bucharest.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As part of our corporate team in Bucharest, you will work alongside our M&A team specialised in providing a wide scope of legal services to local, regional and international clients from a wide variety of sectors.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on M&A transactions, as well as intra-group reorganisations, corporate governance, venture capital and private equity, working directly with teams across the international firm. A dynamic approach and enthusiasm are essential.
ABOUT YOU
– qualified Romanian lawyer with good academic track record;
– 2 to 4 years relevant corporate M&A experience at a recognized (business) law firm;
– excellent command of English (verbal and written);
– well-organised, pro-active, flexible and a team player;
– strong technical skills and a high degree of accuracy;
– enthusiasm to embrace challenging projects;
– experience in working for international companies is nice to have.
