REFF & ASSOCIATES is looking for a Lawyer | Corporate, M&A.

– law school graduate and Bar membership;
– 1-3 years of professional experience covering, inter alia, corporate law assistance, commercial contracts, assistance in due diligence processes and M&A transactions;
– sound knowledge of civil and companies’ law;
– sound legal reasoning, thoroughness, versatility, ability to work on multiple projects, very good legal writing skills;
– good communication skills and team worker, collaborative approach;
– fluency in written & spoken English is a must, any other foreign language is an advantage.
