DRAGNE & ASOCIAȚII is seeking Senior Associates (5-10 years’ experience) with interest in complex litigation. Core areas of practice include securities litigation and enforcement, banking & finance litigation, M&A/shareholder litigation, and other complex commercial disputes.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
– excellent academic credentials;
– excellent writing skills;
– excellent command of English;
– past experience in one or more of these fields.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– representing clients throughout the trial and pre-trial phase before courts/investigations;
– reviewing and advising clients on contractual terms;
– providing practical legal advice to clients on matters of law in the team’s fields of activity;
– managing client relationships and contribute to the on-going learning and development of the team.

We are looking for a team player with an ability to present advice clearly and succinctly and work independently where appropriate.
Excellent organisation skills and willing to evolve are a must.
