BIRIŞ GORAN is looking for a Real Estate Lawyer in Bucharest with 3 to 5 years’ experience.

We regularly advise a wide range of companies, from emerging to mid-size to multinationals across a variety of industry sectors, including real estate, fast moving consumer goods, banking and finance, private equity funds, retail, pharmaceuticals, energy or construction materials. Our competition, corporate/M&A, energy, litigation, real estate and tax practices are routinely listed as top tier practices in Romania by reputable legal directories and our key lawyers are largely recognized as leaders in their fields.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
– 3-5 years seniority from admission to the Bar;
– positive, proactive, can-do attitude;
– creative thinking while also being able to work well under tight deadlines;
– experience in real estate & construction law (leasing and construction law matters, title investigations and due diligence reports, transactional experience in drafting/negotiating SPA’s and other documents);
– fluent in English (writing, speaking);
– strong legal reasoning skills and legal research and writing skills.
