RĂDULESCU & MUȘOI is currently looking for a skilled associate with at least 2/3 years’ post bar admission experience in legal advisory work and holding good working experience in corporate & commercial, M&A and employment law. Additional skills in public procurement law and any other business law practice area are welcome.

– outstanding knowledge of general civil law, corporate & commercial, M&A and employment law.

EDUCATION
Completed Romanian legal studies (international study experience or economic background is welcomed).

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
The ideal candidate should have 2/3 years of professional experience in corporate & commercial, M&A and employment law.
