HAMMOND, MINCIU & ASSOCIATES is recruiting a qualified lawyer with extensive experience on consulting projects in the fields of Corporate, Mergers and Acquisitions, Commercial, Real Estate.

PROFILE & QUALIFICATIONS
– 5-6 years of expertise as a fully qualified lawyer;
– knowledge of civil law and civil procedure law, corporate law, national and EU legislation;
– excellent communication and legal writing skills (business English);
– advanced PC knowledge;
– experience in litigation is an advantage;
– proactive attitude, attention to detail, analytical thinking, ability to synthesize, ability to work on multiple projects.
