ANDREW ID LAW FIRM is a fresh law firm with fresh principles who is seeking for a lawyer in our Corporate and M&A team.
WHAT WILL YOU DO
– provide comprehensive commercial consultancy, transaction, and advisory to deliver key solutions at national and international level;
– assist domestic and international clients with a variety of corporate matters, including entity formation, joint ventures, licensing and the sale of businesses, and will be responsible for drafting and negotiating transaction documents such;
– be deeply involved in all stages of evolution of a project, from initial discussions with prospect, proposal development, analysis, structuring, drafting, negotiations, and implementation;
– draft different types of contracts, from sale-purchase and lease to supply and license agreement;
– structure, draft and review legal documents;
– work in a dynamic team, where being creative and fresh in thickening is one of the best assets.
WHAT DO WE WANT FROM YOU
– to have a University law degree and to be a member of the National Association of Romanian Bars;
– to have at least 2 years of experience in corporate, M&A, due diligence and commercial consultancy;
– solid knowledge of civil law and commercial law;
– fluency in written & spoken English is a must, any other foreign language is an advantage;
– to be passionate about high-quality work, motivated by complex transactions, efficient, flexible and adaptable;
– ability to work independently and efficiently as well as within a team, involving extensive collaboration with other lawyers and office staff;
– to be solution oriented, fast and out of the box thinker;
– to have initiative and drive, to be honest, and reliable;
– to have a strong willingness and ability to learn and further develop yourself.
