THE OPPORTUNITY
BĂNCILĂ, DIACONU și ASOCIAȚII SPRL is recruiting for the legal consultancy practice a Lawyer in Labor & Employment Law.
As a member of our team, you will manage your tasks in a collegial and dynamic environment, you will be involved in developing innovative solutions, provide consultancy services in the field of employment law and have an active role in all stages of employment law projects.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– drafting employment-related documentation (individual employment contracts, collective labor agreements, internal regulations, termination documentation, etc.).;
– conducting human resources due diligence analyses and providing advice on employee transfers;
managing restructuring projects, collective dismissal processes, collective negotiations, disciplinary investigations.
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES FOR SUCCESS
– 2-4 years professional experience in a business law firm, with relevant experience in labor and employment law;
– ability to work both individually and as part of a team;
– fluent in both written and spoken English;
– excellent organization skills;
– flexible, proactive, with interpersonal skills and eager to learn and develop.
