THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
– must be a graduate of Law School;
– should have experience up to 8 (eight) years;
– must be fluent in both written and spoken English;
– must possess excellent organizational skills;
– must have the ability to interact with people and lead them towards the desired result without antagonizing them;
– important are qualities like openness to challenge, out of the box thinking, willingness to develop and to work under pressure.
